Nature of the Services
Based on the Services as currently operated, Baei Inc. does not produce or permit visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct covered by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.
Bae-i prohibits sexually explicit visual content. Adult-oriented conversation features, where available, do not authorize users, creators, avatars, or service providers to upload, generate, publish, or distribute prohibited visual content.
Records Statement
Because the Services do not produce or permit the covered visual depictions described above, Baei Inc. does not maintain or publish a performer-records custodian declaration under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A for the Services as currently operated.
This statement does not claim a statutory exemption, government approval, or the existence of a performer identity-record system.
Reporting Prohibited Content
If you believe prohibited visual content appears on the Services, use the contextual Report Content control when available or email legal@baei.ai. Include enough information to locate the content, such as the relevant URL, account, avatar, or session context. Do not send illegal imagery by email.
Changes to the Services
We will reassess and update this statement before any material change that could cause the Services to produce or permit visual depictions governed by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A.
