This Policy explains how Bae-i prevents, identifies, and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, and sexual exploitation. These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited.
Because Bae-i is accessible globally and involves user-generated content and financial activity, enhanced safeguards are required. This Policy defines prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, enforcement actions, and cooperation standards to ensure risks are addressed quickly, consistently, and responsibly.
This Policy applies to all users, creators, third parties, and all activity conducted on or through the platform, regardless of location. It operates independently from the Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Complaints Policy, and Content Removal Policy.
Zero-Tolerance Commitment
Baei Inc. maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from exploitation.
Definitions, Prohibited Conduct, Responsibilities, Enforcement, and Cooperation are detailed within this policy.
Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, termination, and notification to authorities or financial partners.
1. Who and What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to users, creators, contractors, vendors, service providers, and any other person or organization using or supporting Bae-i, and to all activity conducted on or through the Services, regardless of location.
2. Definitions
Human trafficking and exploitation include recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, obtaining, controlling, coercing, grooming, or exploiting another person for forced labor, commercial sexual activity, or another unlawful purpose. A victim does not need to cross a border for trafficking to occur.
Coercion includes force, fraud, threats, intimidation, debt bondage, abuse of a position of vulnerability or power, withholding of identity or immigration documents, and psychological manipulation. Consent obtained through coercion is not valid consent.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The Services must not be used to:

Recruit, solicit, advertise, arrange, coordinate, promote, depict, or facilitate human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation
•
Use force, fraud, coercion, threats, debt, abuse of power, or manipulation to exploit another person
•
Exploit or sexualize a minor in any way
•
Share content that indicates a person is being trafficked, controlled, or exploited
•
Sell, purchase, exchange, or profit from access to an exploited person
•
Conceal trafficking activity, obstruct a good-faith report, or retaliate against a reporter or victim
•
Provide instructions, tools, accounts, payments, or other assistance intended to enable trafficking or exploitation
4. Responsibilities
Everyone covered by this Policy must refrain from the conduct prohibited above, report suspected trafficking or exploitation promptly through the routes in Section 6, and cooperate with a good-faith investigation.
Creators are additionally responsible for confirming that every person depicted in or represented by their materials participated voluntarily, was an adult at the time, and gave informed consent to the depiction and its use, and for keeping records of that consent current and available to us on request.
5. Prevention and Enforcement
We may review reported activity, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or disable content, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
A violation of this Policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of the account, and notification of competent authorities, payment partners, and other financial partners, when required or permitted by law.
Where permitted, we take steps designed to minimize further harm and limit access to sensitive evidence. Enforcement decisions are based on available evidence, platform policy, and applicable law.
6. Reporting Immediate Danger or Suspected Trafficking
If someone is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. Do not confront a suspected trafficker if doing so could place anyone at greater risk.

Outside the United States, contact appropriate local emergency services, law enforcement, or a recognized anti-trafficking organization in your country.
For activity involving Bae-i, also use the contextual Report Content control when available or email legal@baei.ai. A report to us does not replace contacting emergency services, law enforcement, or a trafficking hotline.
Provide the relevant account, avatar, content, URL, session information, timestamps, and a description of the concern. Do not put yourself or another person in danger to gather evidence.
7. Good-Faith Reporting and Anti-Retaliation
We prohibit retaliation against a person who makes a good-faith report, assists an investigation, or seeks help. Knowingly false or abusive reports may violate our policies.
8. Cooperation and Record Keeping
We cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, payment partners, and other competent authorities when required or permitted by law, including by responding to lawful process and preserving relevant records.
We maintain records of reports made under this Policy and the actions taken, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and card network requirements.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services or in legal, regulatory, or card network requirements. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
