This beta program allows you to test pre-release features and functionality of the Bae-i platform. Your feedback will help us improve the service before general release.

All beta features, functionality, and information disclosed during testing are confidential. You agree not to share screenshots, details, or information about beta features without prior written permission.

Bae-i encourages you to provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, improvements, and other input regarding beta features ("Feedback").

You hereby irrevocably assign to Bae-i all right, title, and interest universe-wide in and to any Feedback you provide, including all intellectual property rights therein. To the extent any such rights are not assignable under applicable law, you grant Bae-i a perpetual, irrevocable, universe-wide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights or rights of attribution in connection with any Feedback.

Bae-i is under no obligation to use, implement, or respond to any Feedback. You will not receive compensation for Feedback, and Bae-i may use Feedback for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

You acknowledge that your participation in the beta program, including access to pre-release features, constitutes adequate consideration for the assignments and licenses granted in this section.

The beta version is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or not function as expected. We are not liable for any issues, data loss, or problems arising from beta participation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any beta features at any time without notice. Your access to beta features may be revoked if you violate these terms.

During beta testing, we may collect additional usage data, logs, and analytics to help identify issues and improve performance. This data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in the beta software and features remain withBae-i. You receive no ownership rights by participating in the beta program.

Either party may terminate your participation in the beta program at any time. Upon termination, your access to beta features will be removed, and you must cease all use and delete any beta materials.

This Beta Test Agreement supplements and is in addition to Bae-i's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the platform during the beta program. In the event of any conflict between this Beta Test Agreement and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy with respect to beta features, functionality, or your participation in the beta program, this Beta Test Agreement controls. For all other matters, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern.
