We may preserve relevant content, account information, reports, and review records as needed to investigate a complaint, enforce our policies, prevent harm, comply with law, or respond to lawful process. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
We protect reporter confidentiality to the extent reasonably possible, but we cannot promise anonymity where disclosure is required by law, necessary for a fair investigation, or needed to protect a person from harm. We prohibit retaliation for a good-faith complaint, removal request, or appeal. Knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive, or repetitive submissions may result in restrictions under our policies.

Appeals Policy
If you believe content has been removed, restricted, or moderated in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting legal@baei.ai.
If the content is found to violate our Terms of Service or applicable law, it will remain removed. If the content complies with our policies, it may be restored where appropriate.
If you disagree with our decision, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party at the merchant’s expense.
Following completion of the review process, the decision will be considered final.
An appeal receives human review by a reviewer who was not responsible for the original decision and who considers the available record, any new evidence, applicable law, and current platform policies. For an appeal, include the original case reference and the reason you believe the decision should change. We will communicate the appeal outcome when legally permitted and reasonably practicable.
