Bae-i helps creators turn their voice, knowledge, and personality into an AI twin fans can connect with anytime, creating a new way to deepen fan relationships and earn from the work they already share. This page is a simple summary of how we work with creators. It does not replace the Creator Licensing Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Center, or Content Moderation Policy.
1. You own your content and identity
You keep ownership of your original content, name, image, likeness, voice, persona, and other creator materials.
Bae-i only gets the rights described in the Creator Licensing Agreement so we can build, run, improve, promote, and earn revenue from your AI twin on the platform.
2. We use your content to power your AI twin
The content you provide or authorize may include videos, audio, written materials, courses, podcasts, newsletters, social media content, profile information, and guardrails you set for your AI twin.
We use that content to build and run your AI twin, improve quality and safety, support payments and analytics, help with compliance and creator support, and promote your public profile, avatar, and the Bae-i platform through Bae-i-owned channels.
The license is not meant for unrelated uses outside the Bae-i platform or creator program.
3. We do not sell your AI identity
Bae-i does not use the Creator Licensing Agreement to sell your content, voice data, likeness, embeddings, or AI identity to third parties for unrelated products or independent AI model training without your explicit written or in-platform consent.
We do use trusted service providers when needed to run the platform, such as cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, voice/video providers, safety systems, analytics, payment processors, and security vendors.
4. We help protect your reputation
Your AI twin is covered by platform safety rules and creator-set guardrails. Bae-i prohibits sexual, adult-content oriented, illegal, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or abusive interactions.
This includes restrictions against romantic or sexual roleplay, sexual solicitation, unwanted sexual advances, emotional manipulation, dependency-building behavior, deceptive claims, unauthorized impersonation, political campaigning, illegal conduct, and other prohibited platform uses.
Bae-i will not use your avatar in pornography, explicit sexual services, political campaigning, gambling, endorsements, or third-party branded campaigns that materially feature your likeness without your prior approval.
No AI system is perfect. Users may still try to push boundaries. We use product controls, creator guardrails, user rules, reporting, review, and enforcement to prevent, detect, and respond to misuse.
5. You can set boundaries and go private
Creators can add instructions for tone, boundaries, off-limits topics, and safety handling. For example, you can tell your AI twin not to give medical advice, not to discuss certain personal topics, not to make endorsements, or not to engage in romantic or sexual roleplay.
Creators can also turn off public access from My Twin Settings. When public access is off, your avatar is not available for new public user interactions.
You can request formal removal or termination under the Creator Licensing Agreement. Creator-specific models and production creator data are deleted within the stated agreement timeframe, subject to limited exceptions such as backups, payment and tax records, fraud and abuse prevention, security, disputes, legal compliance, and litigation holds.
One technical limit applies to shared systems. Some safety and quality systems learn from de-identified, aggregated conversation data across many creators. This data holds only statistical patterns, not copies of your content, and cannot identify you or recreate your material. Current AI cannot selectively remove individual data from a model after training, so contributions to these shared systems may remain after your creator-specific models are deleted.
6. We make clear this is AI
Bae-i never presents creator avatars as the real creator, a therapist, a psychologist, a medical provider, a treatment provider, a lawyer, a financial adviser, or another licensed professional.
AI avatar interactions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
7. We give creators transparency
The Creator Licensing Agreement explains Gross Revenue, Platform Costs, Net Revenue, creator revenue share, minimum payout threshold, monthly payout timing, refunds, chargebacks, earnings statements, and corrections.
Creator analytics are meant to help you understand performance without exposing private user conversations by default. Bae-i may show metrics like sessions, engagement, revenue, topic trends, and other aggregated or anonymous insights. Information that identifies users, full transcripts, and private user content are handled under the Privacy Center and applicable law.
8. We give notice for major changes
Creators will receive notice of material future changes affecting creator licensing, AI usage rights, monetization structure, data retention, or likeness usage as described in the applicable agreement and platform terms.
Some legal, safety, security, operational, and non-material updates may take effect without individual creator approval when permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law.
