This is a draft summary of the Bae-i referral partner program, provided for review. It is pending final legal review and may change before it becomes binding.
This Referral Partner Agreement sets out the terms on which you can refer creators to Bae-i and earn a commission. By accepting it you agree to these terms. It works alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Center.
1. The program in one line
You refer creators you know to Bae-i. When a creator you referred joins and starts earning, you earn a share of the platform earnings they generate, for a set period, up to a cap.
2. Commission

Rate: 15% of the platform earnings that Bae-i makes from each creator you refer.
•
Duration: 12 months, starting from the referred creator’s first earning month.
•
Cap: up to USD $50,000 per referred creator.
•
Indicatively this works out to roughly 5% of that creator’s gross revenue, in line with common industry referral programs.
Commission is calculated on the platform’s net earnings attributable to the referred creator, not on the creator’s own earnings, and is never charged to the referred creator. Promotions, discounts, and free credits are already reflected in platform earnings, so they are accounted for in the commission base. Months where the platform does not earn from that creator accrue no commission and never reduce other months below zero.
3. How creators are attributed to you

Referral link: once you are approved you get a personal referral link. A creator is attributed to you when they sign up using your link and later become an approved creator.
•
First touch wins: each referred creator has one referrer, decided by the first referral link they arrived through. A later link does not change it.
•
Already in our funnel: if a creator was already in our pipeline before your referral (for example an existing lead or applicant), that creator is not attributed to you.
•
No self-referral: you cannot refer yourself, another account you control, or the same person under a different identity.
•
Attribution is confirmed only when the referred creator is approved.
4. Getting paid
•
Commission is calculated monthly, after each creator’s earnings are finalized.
•
It is paid through the same payout method and schedule as creator earnings, as a separate referral commission line.
•
Refunds or chargebacks that reduce a prior month’s platform earnings reduce your next commission accordingly, never below zero.
•
Amounts are calculated and capped in USD and paid in your payout currency at the conversion rate at payout time.
•
You are responsible for your own taxes on commission you receive.
5. How you must promote
•
Be honest: always disclose that you have a referral relationship with Bae-i when you share your link, as required by applicable advertising and consumer rules.
•
No spam: do not send unsolicited bulk messages or DMs, and do not bid on Bae-i brand keywords in ads.
•
No misrepresentation: do not misdescribe the program, the products, or what a creator can expect.
•
No fake or incentivized signups: commission is for genuine referrals only.
6. Program integrity and changes

We may withhold or reverse commission connected to fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms. Legitimate commission already earned is honored.
•
We may update or end the program on a forward-looking basis with notice. Ending the program does not remove commission you have already properly earned.
•
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will let you know, and continued participation after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
7. Standard terms
These are the standard partner terms and are offered on a take-it-or-leave-it basis. Separate custom arrangements for agencies or business-development partners, if any, are agreed in writing and are not covered by this summary.
